Goals: Our project focuses on the characterization of the role of TREM-2 (Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid cells-2) in the modulation of the chemokine/chemokine receptor axis on microglia and the recruitment of inflammatory cells into the central nervous system (CNS).
